Zaya Joloo (Заяа жолоо) is an app for the Mongolian driving theory exam: 800 practice questions with explanations, a timed mock exam (20 questions, 20 minutes), spaced repetition, and the full text of Mongolia's traffic rules, 158 road signs and the road safety law. Works offline. iOS, Android and web.

The exam and practice modes live in the app; this site is the readable reference — traffic rules, road signs and road markings. The app interface and all content are in Mongolian.

How it works

• Mock exam — 20 random questions, a 20-minute timer, automatic grading, and a review of every mistake with the rule that applies.
• Practice — untimed; every answer is explained immediately and links to the exact clause of the traffic rules.
• Spaced repetition — missed questions come back after 1, 3, 7 and 16 days (Leitner system) until you get them right four times in a row.
• Reference — the complete, searchable text of the Mongolian Traffic Rules, all road signs and markings with images, and the Road Traffic Safety Law, taken from legalinfo.mn, the official legal information portal of Mongolia.
• Offline — no ads, no account required. Sign-in is optional and only syncs progress between devices.
